1. Carry out diverse forms of propaganda and mobilization activities
During the promotional phase, prominent banners were posted in prominent locations within the company, creating a strong safety atmosphere. Employees could see these banners in their daily work, and their safety awareness was subtly enhanced. At the same time, the organization also organized employees to watch safety accident warning education videos in batches. The scenes in the education videos were shocking, and the employees were deeply shocked. By playing real safety accident cases, the employees deeply realized the importance of safety work.
2. Carry out the study of "three modernizations" and job safety manuals

3. Safety knowledge exam
The Human Resources Management Office, in collaboration with the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, conducted a safety knowledge exam for employees. The exam focused on testing employees' mastery of safety regulations, job responsibilities, and operating procedures. A total of 572 people participated, and the exam results showed that more than half of them had excellent overall scores, reflecting the ideal effectiveness of safety training.
4. Safety inspection
Chairman and General Manager Cheng Jianliang led relevant personnel to conduct in-depth safety inspections of the company. The inspection team conducted a detailed inspection of the operation of equipment, fire-fighting facilities and equipment, and safety signs in key areas such as the production workshop. After the inspection is completed, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department will sort out and summarize the problems found during the inspection, provide feedback to the department heads, and propose rectification suggestions.
